Pictures from the Weekend

Mom rolled into town this weekend so we had a relaxing time enjoying the extra help. Actually I spent all day Saturday clearing brush as a friend's house and we braved the mall yesterday but it was still relaxing. It's nice having the extra set of hands, particularly when those hands belong to a grandparent and they live to ease the burden on the parents. I took a lot of pictures this weekend and here's a sample.

This is Alice. Whatever she's eating is blowing her freaking mind...
And here's Grandma K with the girls. Of course Eleanor is naked.
Here is Alice playing with some toothpaste. I took several pictures that were much cuter than this one but I love how Alice is asking the camera "What the hell do you want?" in this picture. I think the dog was hoping that toothpaste was edible but since he's falling asleep in this picture he may have given up. We've had to curtail the leftovers since giving them to Sandy leads to insomnia and olfactory distress for us.

Here is Eleanor on Saturday morning all dressed up. This is a really nice outfit. I think she kept it on for 30 minutes.

And lastly, the "herding cats" picture. All three of my girls are featured in this rather unremarkable photo. Note the girls have matching pjs and of course this means you have to take a picture of them together. I took 10 pictures in about 30 seconds and they all turned out like this...crappy.

I cannot wait until Alice gets an eyeful of Santa in the mall. That should be fun.
